Consultation fee

₹3,000

Up to 45 minutes, in person at our office or by phone/video call.

What the consultation covers
A one-to-one discussion with an advocate about your matter: we listen to the facts, review the documents you bring, explain the legal position and the remedies available, and outline the next steps and likely process.
What it does not cover
The consultation fee does not cover drafting, filing, notices, court appearances or follow-up work. If you choose to engage us, those are quoted separately in writing.
Payment
The fee is paid only after your appointment is confirmed, at our office (cash, card or UPI) or by UPI before a phone/video consultation. We do not take payment through this website.
Confirmation
After you send a request, our office calls you, usually within one working day, to confirm the date and time. Your appointment is confirmed only after that call.
